at the same time supervising me.

The new ParisMarais Map of 2013 will be printed in December. 

ParisMarais is the world biggest travel guide
dedicated to the historical center of Paris.

Vente de Noël

Thank you for coming to the Marché de Noël at the American Church in Paris last Saturday. It was a great fun with a Santa Claus and Christmas Carols in afternoon. 

Special thanks to people at the American Church, Laurie and Blair, Susan and Jean-Yves. 

Christmas is not here yet, so Christmas sale continues. 

For those who missed the Marché de Noël, there will be another event at the north side of Paris. I will be participating at "Vente de Noël" with my friend Marie-Blanche:

on the 1st and the 2nd of December,

at the restaurant L'assiette.

Four artists will be there:

Keep A Green Tree In Your Heart

Chinese Proverb

It was on the dog year, I was inspired to illustrate this beautiful Chinese proverb for my yearly New Year card.

In the same year there was a postcard contest of the theme of "Love at First Sight" which was organized by the society of children's book writers and illustrators in Paris for the seminar with Tomie de Paola and Martha Rago (HarperCollins Children's books).

My illustration of the Chinese Proverb is the love story between the dog and the singing bird, so I entered this illustration to the contest, and I won the first prize!

This encouraged me to work on the series of proverbs with the animals from Chinese horoscope.

We usually see Christmas trees after Thanksgiving. 

Since there is no Thanksgiving in France,
