Saint-Amour - Cœur de Touraine

This year we are celebrating our St Valentine's day with two heart shaped cheeses and a bottle of Saint-Amour wine.
The "Cœur de Touraine" (Heart of Touraine) is a goat cheese covered with charcoal dust which gives it its' gray-blue color. It comes from Touraine, where we have many friends. 
The "Cœur de Neufchâtel" (Heart of Neufchâtel) is made of cow's milk and produced in Upper Normandy.
The "Saint-Amour" is a Beaujolais wine. With a light taste, it goes well with these cheeses even though they have different flavors.


Cette année nous  fêtons la St Valentin avec des fromages en forme de cœur accompagnés d'un Saint-Amour.
Le Cœur de Touraine est un fromage de chèvre recouvert de charbon qui lui donne sa couleur gris-bleu. Il est provient de Touraine, où nous avons de nombreux amis.
Le Cœur de Neufchâtel est un fromage de lait de vache, produit en haute Normandie.
Le Saint-Amour est un vin du Beaujolais. Léger, il accompagne bien ces deux fromages au goûts pourtant différents.
