Early Bird Routine and Power Nap

I love the early morning - the stillness of the new day and an uninterrupted time to read, meditate and prepare to work. 

After rising early I noticed that by early afternoon I began to slow down and needed a break. This is the time I recharge my body with a "Power Nap". 

I was not used to napping but the benefits were awesome when needed.

My ideal nap time is, - after having a cup of "noisette" (an expresso coffee with a drop of milk) - around 2pm for 15-20 minutes.
I awake fully refreshed and ready to continue a productive day. 

J'aime le matin de bonne heure - le calme du jour nouveau et un moment tranquille pour lire, méditer et se préparer à travailler.
Après m'être levée tôt, j'ai remarqué qu'en début d'après-midi je commence à "ralentir" et que j'ai besoin d'une pause. C'est à ce moment que je me recharge avec une "sieste régénératrice".
Je n'avais pas l'habitude de la sieste mais les bénéfices sont étonnants quand on en a besoin.
Mon moment de sieste idéal est, - après avoir pris un café "noisette" (un expresso avec une goutte de lait) - l'après-midi vers 14h pour une durée de 15 à 20 minutes.
Je me réveille en pleine forme et prête à continuer une journée productive.

The "Power Nap" is the perfect complement to my "Early Bird Routine", they go hand in hand to make every day more productive.

La "Sieste régénératrice" est un complément idéal à mon jeu "Lève tôt", ils vont de pair pour rendre chaque journée plus productive.

In french there is no verb like "napping", it is said "faire une sieste" (literally "doing a nap".

 Un reveil, un chronomètre, un sablier, un minuteur (an alarm clock, a stopwatch, a sand timer, a timer)
are masculine words like un œuf (an egg).

Une pendule, une horloge, une montre (a grandfather's clock, a clock, a watch) are feminine words like une chouette (an owl).
